    Excellent pie dish!

    I come from a long line of masters of the pie crust...and I have always felt like bit of a rookie. But, this pie dish, with its even heat and ability to completely cook the crust, makes me feel worthy of the legacy of the matriarchs that knew how to create a feast. This dish makes me think I might actually be entering my own matriarch of the family feast phase....
