    so bougie, but so worth it

    listen, i know the price is kind of nutty, but hear me out..

    i have no idea why, but this think is crazy comfortable to use for long durations. its light in the hand, and the blade has an edge that still holds strong. maybe thats because i just hang this bad lad on my chef knife magnet thingo, but ive been using it since july, and still feels brand new.

    if you want to have one good peeler for the rest of your days, this is the one.

    The perfect kitchen implement.

    Bought my first one a few years ago and was wowed by the all metal, simple design ultra sharp blade and Japanese JIS spec screws (got to love the details) at first I used this for citrus peels and cocktails but now it’s used during any veggi prep that calls on peeling and quick work on apples. It’s so good the lady and I bought a second one so there wouldn’t be fighting!
